Pacing or sprinting?

Hello there,

I just started a new contract.

This one?

It’s a 30-day trip to Greenland.

Long stretch.

Big miles.

No off days.

Which means: how I start matters.

Because high performers love to sprint.

We want to prove we can handle it all from day one.

But here’s the thing:

Don’t start fast.

Start strong.

Pacing isn’t weakness.

It’s strategy.

It’s what makes sure you’re still sharp on day 17, not just impressive on day 1.

I know there will be moments to push.

To go all in.

To carry more than feels possible.

But that time isn’t now, and learning to hold back (on purpose) is its own kind of strength.

This is a long game.

So I choose rhythm over speed.

Decisions over chaos.

And strength that builds, not burns.

Thanks for reading 🖤

Aitana

P.S. What’s your default setting, sprint or pace?

Send an email to hello@aitanaforcen.com, I’d love to know.
