When everything feels like chaos

When everything’s up in the air

Hello there,

When you read this, I’ll be in the Arctic.

A new trip.

A new chapter.

A lot of unknowns.

And every time I’m in this in-between space, packing bags, tying up loose ends, trying to convince myself I’m ready, the same feeling creeps in:

Everything feels up in the air.

Your routine dissolves.

Your plans blur.

Your brain spins in ten directions at once.

It feels like chaos.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

When everything’s moving, you need one thing that anchors you.

Not control, because good luck with that.

Not rigid plans, life laughs at those.

Something small.

Something simple.

A quiet reminder that you’re still you.

For me?

It’s my 10-minute date with the stretching mat.

It’s carving out space for a short meditation, even on the wildest days.

It’s the playlist I always travel with, the songs that remind me who I am.

Those tiny anchors don’t make the chaos disappear.

But they keep me steady in the middle of it.

Because life won’t always feel stable.

But you can carry stability with you.

So let me ask you:

What’s your anchor when life feels chaotic?

Because change isn’t optional.

But losing yourself?

That is.

Hit reply, I’d love to hear.

Thanks for reading 🖤

Aitana
